1. Data Recovery Toolkit™ (hereafter known as the "Software") is not returnable once the seal on the envelope containing the Software is broken.
2. The Personal Edition of the Software is to be used on one computer only to recover it's data. Multiple computer or media, commercial or "for-profit" use is strictly prohibited. Suspected violators will be denied key renewal.
3. Site license and dealer pricing is available for those who want to use the Software to recover data other than their own or data from multiple computers. Call for pricing for this Commercial Edition.
4. All major credit cards and COD orders accepted.
5. Five data recoveries and unlimited data protection is $179.
